Debt Capital
We invest senior debt and mezzanine capital for leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, recapitalizations, growth financing and strategic acquisitions for middle market businesses and financial sponsors.

Distressed Debt
We invest in distressed situations that require not only tactical capital but expertise in understanding the reorganization process. We are principal investors, actively involved in leading the restructuring process. We have a “buy and hold” philosophy, and in partnership with our clients, we seek to build organizational value post-restructuring.

Private Equity
We often co-invest in the transactions we arrange. We also selectively lead and invest in control equity opportunities where we invest in partnership with our clients.
