Our merchant bankers are experienced practitioners in leveraged finance, restructuring and equity investing. We are driven by and trained in fundamental due diligence, investment and transaction management. With capital sources that are scalable to the situation, we have experience in transactions of $30 million to over $10 billion.

We will be there for our clients when the business cycle is less favorable and other players retreat. As merchant bankers, we ensure that the same GLC partner you start with will be there after the deal is done.
